Improved Fitch Rating for CMIS Group
CMIS Group’s services upgraded
The international credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has reviewed CMIS Group’s mortgage Primary, Special & Master services in 2020. In doing so, the services of Adaxio’s Special Servicing department were upgraded and those of our Back Office (customer service) and Master Servicing (portfolio management for and reporting to mortgage investors) remained the same.
