Welcome to CMIS Group

CMIS Group is a Dutch financial services company that brings consumers, investors and lenders together in the Dutch mortgage market.

With our various divisions within our subsidiary Ingage, we serve the entire mortgage chain: from independent mortgage advice for homebuyers and -owners, to raising funding for our own mortgage brands, to providing the service during the mortgage life cycle. In this way we occupy an unique position in the Dutch mortgage market.

You may know us from the independent advice chains De Hypotheekshop, Huis & Hypotheek and Hypokeur or from our Merius Hypotheken label. Ingage Investment Solutions also provides pension funds, asset managers and insurance companies the ability to invest in the attractive Dutch mortgage market.

Our in-house servicer Ingage Servicing checks and evaluates, in a highly digitized process, the applications of our mortgage brands and also manages all aspects of the customer relationship processes. Ingage Servicing does this for our own mortgages, as well as for other mortgage lenders.

Fitch Ratings upgrades rating CMIS Group to RPS2+ Fitch Ratings has upgraded the Primary Servicing rating of mortgage servicer Adaxio from RPS2 to RPS2+. The Special Servicing and Master Servicing ratings were affirmed at RSS2+ and MS2+, respectively. Fitch cites the increased automation, and efficiency of all processes within Adaxio and the significant growth in assets under management as the main reasons for these (increased) ratings.
Mark de Rijke new Managing Director of Aetos Mark de Rijk has been appointed as Managing Director of Aetos, effectively on August 1st 2021. Aetos includes CMIS Operations, mortgage servicing company Adaxio, Fenerantis B.V. with the Merius Hypotheken label and CMIS Franchise, which includes De Hypotheekshop, Huis & Hypotheek and Hypokeur. In his new role, De Rijke will lead the operations of Aetos.
